Snout-to-Tail Bourbon finishes in a barrel built for something unconventional. Toasted on both ends of Vermont Oak, the barrel is flipped 180 degrees partway through aging, so the whiskey pulls character from each side before it's through, a two-part finish inside a single barrel. Now available in a 3 Liter format, that same process holds steady, just at a scale that means there's more to pour, to share, and to savor slowly over time.
Bottled at 88 proof after a full decade in the barrel, this bourbon opens with honey, brown sugar, and toasted cashew, moves into roasted almond and baked cornbread, and settles into a long finish of butterscotch, fresh wheat, crust, and cedar.
