Piggy On Fire
Add a little Rye spice and habanero to your whiskey sour.
You’ve got sweet maple syrup, intense lemon juice, Rye spice and habanero bitters to style out your sour game.
What You’ll Need
- 1 ½ oz PiggyBack 100% Rye
- ¾ oz Barrel-Aged Maple Syrup
- ¾ oz Lemon Juice
- 2 dashes Habanero Bitters
- 5 dashes Cocktail Foam
- 1 pinch of Fresh Cracked Pepper for garnish
- 1 Dried Lemon for garnish
What You’ll Do
- Add all ingredients to a shaker tin
- Add ice
- Shake hard for 15-30 seconds
- Pour over fresh ice in rocks glass
- Garnish with fresh cracked pepper & dried lemon
