Add in our very own Barrel-Aged Maple Syrup barreled fresh on our farm in Vermont, and the result is a perfectly balanced cocktail of strength, tart, and sweetness. A variation on a classic, this maple infused cocktail is the perfect addition to your cocktail lineup.

What You’ll Need
- 2 oz PiggyBack 100 Proof Bourbon
- 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- ¾ oz WhistlePig Barrel Aged Maple Syrup
- ½ oz Liquid Aquafaba
- 6 grains of Salt (or 1-2 drops of 6:1 Saline)
- Ice
- Luxardo Cherries and Lemon Peel for garnish
Instructions
What You’ll Do
- Combine WhistlePig Bourbon, lemon juice, syrup, and aquafaba in cocktail shaker and dry shake for 30 seconds
- Add 3-4 ice cubes and salt to shaker, and shake vigorously for 40-60 seconds (or until ice is fully diluted)
- Double strain into a rocks glass over ice
- Garnish with Luxardo cherries and/or a lemon peel, as desired
- Enjoy!
