What You’ll Need

  • 1 ½ oz PiggyBack 100% Rye
  • ¼ oz WhistlePig Barrel Aged Maple Syrup
  • 3 Dashes Maple Bitters
  • Club Soda
  • Fresh Lemon Peel for Garnish

What You’ll Do

  • Add PiggyBack, Maple Syrup, Bitters and ice to a shaker.
  • Shake and chill.
  • Strain into an ice-filled High Ball glass.
  • Top with club soda.
  • Garnish with a fresh lemon peel.
  • Enjoy!
