Pig Viper
Our Pig Viper is inspired by Erick Castro's summertime tiki masterpiece, The Pit Viper. Cool down this summer with a refreshing and spicy drink with just a touch of tropical.

Add in our very own Barrel-Aged Maple Syrup barreled fresh on our farm in Vermont, and the result is a perfectly balanced cocktail of strength, sweetness and spice.


What You’ll Need

  • 2 oz PiggyBack 100% Rye
  • ¾ oz Lime Juice
  • ¾ Grapefruit Juice
  • ½ WhistlePig Barrel Aged Maple Syrup
  • ½ Falernum
  • 2 Dashes Angostura
  • Grapefruit Twist and Mint Sprig for garnish

What You’ll Do

  • Add all of the ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice.
  • Shake, and pour unstrained into a Collins glass.
  • Garnish with a grapefruit twist and a mint sprig.
  • Enjoy!
