Bright, aromatic, and deceptively complex, the Snazzerac is a refreshing twist on a New Orleans classic.
WhistlePig Small Batch Rye, aged 10 years, delivers signature spice and structure, balanced by the crisp acidity of fresh lemonade. A rinse of Herbsaint or absinthe adds subtle anise aromatics, while Peychaud’s bitters bring depth and color to the glass. Stirred until perfectly chilled and served up, this cocktail finishes with a lemon twist and star anise — a lively, citrus-forward sip that blends tradition with a modern edge.
