1 oz Simple Syrup

When ready to cook, set temperature of smoker or grill to High and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.
Cut a lemon into ½” wheels.
Either brush cut sides with Simple Syrup or sprinkle sugar on them.
Place directly on the grill grate and grill until caramelized marks appear.

The Real Boss Hogs

We're not much for history, family legacy or any of that hogwash. The only lineage you'll find at WhistlePig is that of our pigs. Today's Chief Pig descends from our OG mascots Mortimer and Mauve, and they're the ones really overseeing the distillery.

Descendent of the late Mortimer and Mauve, Mortimer Jr has been top pig at the Farm since 2018. MJ enjoys crisp Vermont evenings, belly rubs, apples, and leading his other four legged friends in jailbreaks to snack on loose Rye grain at the silos.

Orwell was adopted in 2021 with his late sister Sito. Today's sole protégé and heir apparent to the WhistlePig Farm, he shows great potential - if some vanity on account of his namesake's recognition of pigs as being the cleverest of the animals.
