PHOTO RELEASE WAIVER

WhistlePig Whiskey Photo Release Waiver

By checking the box, I hereby give permission, without restrictions, to WhistlePig, LLC (“WhistlePig”), their related subsidiaries or group companies, to use my name, image, likeness, pictures, portrait and/or voice in either in whole or in part for posting, duplication, or reproduction on any WhistlePig owned or affiliated social media channels, third party channels, websites, and/or for promotion on any earned, paid, or organic media coverage (the “Use”). In doing so I waive all legal and equitable rights relating to any liabilities arising out of claims for invasion of any rights of privacy, violation of rights of publicity, or any similar claim arising out of the Use and do release and discharge WhistlePig from liability associated with such claims.

The foregoing is granted with the understanding that I specifically waive any rights to any compensation (including to third parties, such as agent(s) or union fees), I may have with respect to such use of my name, image, likeness, pictures, portrait and/or voice. I represent that this document is supported by sufficient tangible consideration.
