What You’ll Need
- 2 oz PiggyBack 100 Proof Bourbon
- ¾ oz WhistlePig Barrel Aged Maple Syrup
- 1 oz freshly squeezed Lemon Juice
- 2 Dashes Bitters
- 1 Egg White
- Fresh Orange Peel or Cherry for garnish
What You’ll Do
- Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
- Fill shaker with ice, cover, and shake vigorously until outside of shaker is very cold, about 20 seconds.
- Strain cocktail through a Hawthorne strainer or a slotted spoon into an old-fashioned or rocks glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with orange wheel and/or cherry.
